Trestles Collection accepts wire transfers only for purchases made directly through us.

Order Confirmation & Payment Timing

After placing an order by communicating with our team (via email or phone/text), you will receive wire transfer instructions via email. Payment must be initiated within 24 hours of order confirmation unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Order Processing

• Orders are considered confirmed only after funds have fully cleared

• Shipment will be scheduled once payment is verified

• All wire transfer fees are the responsibility of the buyer

Unpaid or Delayed Payments

Orders not funded within the required timeframe may be cancelled without notice, and the watch may be released for sale to another buyer.

Security & Verification

For security and fraud prevention, Trestles Collection reserves the right to request identity verification prior to shipping high-value orders.

Refunds

Any approved refunds will be issued via wire transfer to the original sending account, less any bank or processing fees incurred.
