At Trestles Collection, every timepiece is carefully inspected, authenticated, and photographed prior to listing. We stand behind the quality and authenticity of every watch we sell.

48-Hour Inspection Period

We offer a 48-hour inspection period from the time your watch is delivered. During this window, you may request a return if the watch does not meet your expectations.

Return Eligibility

To qualify for a return:

• The watch must be unworn, unaltered, and in the exact condition received

• All original boxes, papers, tags, and accessories must be included

• The watch must not be sized, worn, or modified in any way

Any signs of wear, sizing, damage, or part substitution will void return eligibility.

Return Requests

Return Shipping

• Return shipping is the buyer’s responsibility

• All returns must be shipped fully insured and trackable for the full value of the watch

• Trestles Collection is not responsible for loss or damage during return transit

Refunds

Once the watch is received and inspected, refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7–10 business days, less any shipping or payment processing fees.

Final Sale Items

Certain watches may be designated as Final Sale and are not eligible for return. These items will be clearly identified prior to purchase.

Authenticity Guarantee

If a watch is found to be not authentic or materially not as described, it may be returned for a full refund. Authenticity is guaranteed.
